1) to prevent handshakes, always have yr shutterspeed greater than yr focusing length
example: if you shoot at 200mm, make sure your shutterspeed is above or equal to 1/200s
2) use one hand to shoot, always hold with both hands
3) make sure you are standing firmly and not doing a balancing act on one foot
4) before you push yr shutter, remember to hold yr breath
tip: monopod/tripod will help, but depends on yr subject.
